These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern access to and use of the Phenix d'Or Employment site. By accessing and using the site, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these conditions.
Services offered
The Phenix d’Or Jobs site offers services to connect candidates and recruiters, including:
- Browse and apply to job offers by submitting applications (CV and cover letter) directly via the platform.
- Upload their CV and complete their professional profile.
- Access support services, training and career advice.
- Receive personalized job recommendations based on their profile and location.
Employers can:
- Post job offers, with or without a prior account (an account is automatically created upon the first posting).
- Manage listings and applications from their dashboard.
- Benefit from 4 free Standard postings every 30 days.
- Purchase additional credits or subscribe to a pack (Lite, Pro, or Royal) to access extended benefits.
- Pre-select or reject applications with integrated rejection reasons and export results to Excel.
- Receive email alerts and contact preselected candidates via the internal messaging system.
Registration and Access
Access to certain features of the site requires the creation of a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Sale of candidates’ CVs
When a candidate registers on the platform and uploads his CV, it becomes accessible to registered employers. Phenix d’Or reserves the right to sell these CVs to interested recruiters. Candidates cannot make their CV anonymous or refuse to make it available to employers.
Credit and offer management
- Credits allow employers to publish job offers according to their active plan.
- Credits are valid for a limited period (defined by each plan).
- Credits are consumed automatically following the priority order of available plans.
- Manual reallocation requests are not accepted.
User responsibilities
- Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their profile and CV.
- Employers agree to use the CVs and applications received only for legitimate recruitment purposes.
- Any abusive, fraudulent or unethical use of the platform may result in sanctions, including account deletion.
Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the site. By using our services, users accept the collection and use of their data in accordance with this policy.
Sending automated emails
The site may automatically send informational, reminder, or follow-up emails (expired offers, applications received, shortlisting or rejection notifications, etc.). Users can unsubscribe from some notifications, but certain emails related to account management remain mandatory.
Modification of the Terms
Phenix d’Or reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed of the changes via an update on the site. Continued use of the site after publication of the new T&Cs constitutes acceptance of them.
